Her years of multimedia experience can ensure that the developed courses are professional, with high audio-visual enjoyment impact, replete with interactivity and games to engage learners' motivation and participation. She was appointed the Asian-Pacific Studio Manager at Oracle Learning Network: Set up the video department for Oracle Singapore and replicated the operations in Oracle China and Taiwan. Produced hundreds of eLearning courses for Oracle Learning Network for US and Asia Pacific Division. As a Project Director for PTT Media, she have designed and developed many eLearning courses. These include a series teaching social workers how to evaluate dementia; K-12 student summer camp game courses; medical courses for treating drug addicts and a high school music series.

Developed over 50 eLearning courses for Genentech and Manpower Group project.
